Job Description

Responsibilities : -

  •  VFD & PLC – Installation & Basic programming.
  • Knowledge and hands on improving MTTR and MTBF of machines.
  • Controlling the Spares consumption – by effective PM.
  • Hands on resolving machine breakdowns and implementing permanent solution.
  • Lead the Predictive Maintenance workings and plan the activities based on the criticality of the findings.
  • Hands on TPM implementation.
  • Lead the Safety working of the department and train the subordinates.
  • Plant modernisation projects – Integrating Industry 4.0 system.
  • Knowledge and hands on Utilities which includes – Air Compressors, Chillers (including water cooled and Air cooled), Cooling towers, RO plant, STP plant, RTPFC/APFC, PCC panels, RMU, VCB, ACB, Nitrogen generating plant, Centralized Air Conditioners, HVAC, AHU, HT transformers and its statutory maintaining requirements, Electrical statutory requirements as per factory/electrical ...
