Job Summary
Lead in delivering innovation & best practice in all aspects of Organisational Design and Learning & Development to ensure that people, processes and system organizational and technological changes, are effectively and efficiently planned for, developed managed and integrated with overall business plans. Additionally, this role is responsible for the continuous development of process improvement in talent management, performance management, organization design and culture renewal to ensure continuous organisation development. Innovation that grows, develop and leverage MML’s intangible assets (organisation, talent, competence, culture & performance) through the provision of strategically aligned OD and Talent Development for increased organisational effectiveness.

Minimum of a First Degree in Human Resource Management /Industrial Psychology or equivalent qualification in a related field.A postgraduate qualification or relevant certification SHRM-CP, SPHRi, Certified Trainer, etc.) is a plus Experience
Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience in human resource management specifically in talent development & management.At least 3 years of which must have been in a supervisory position in a similar function Competencies
