Position Summary

The Manager – Manufacturing Finance is responsible for implementing and managing manufacturing cost systems, process costing, variance analysis, and financial controls across production operations. The role partners closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership teams to improve cost visibility, optimize margins, strengthen financial governance, and support business decision-making in a CMO/CDMO environment.

Manufacturing Costing & CoGS Management

• Implement and manage process costing methodologies across manufacturing units and suites.
• Track and analyze production volumes, yields, material consumption , and suite occupancy .
• Design and maintain suite-wise hourly and daily rates , including evaluation of idle time.
