Job Purpose

The role exists to draw consumer insights through various market researches which is used to optimise on theongoing marketing programs, initiates new actions to improve market share or expand the category/segmentsize. The insights helps as a decision support system in identifying new business opportunities for theorganisation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out strategic research like U&A and Segmentation, Customer Satisfaction Study and Channel Engagement Study
  • Execute Communication researches
  • Undertake product related researches like ARS, IPF, Enabler & Barrier Study and other adhoc reseraches
  • Assimilation of findings of various studies that forms the basis for various Sales and Marketing initiatives in the market
  • Manage the BI data Accuracy and timeliness
