As a Marketing, AEM Frontend Developer - Manager you will lead UI engineering, component development, accessibility compliance, and all frontend frameworks for our global AEM ecosystem. This role will be responsible for scalable, high-performance, and brand-aligned frontend experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all frontend development for AEM templates, components, and author-friendly UI experiences.
- Architect reusable component libraries using HTL, Sling Models, CSS architecture, and clientlibs.
- Manage frontend governance-design system alignment, reusable patterns, WCAG accessibility, SEO hygiene.
- Own performance tuning for frontend delivery-lazy loading, minification, compression, CDN optimization.
