1. E-commerce & Digital Growth
- Storefront Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the website/marketplace (Shopify, Amazon, or custom portals).
- Performance Marketing: Manage budgets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Retargeting to drive high-intent traffic.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Use Power BI or Google Analytics to track user behavior and improve the Click-to-Buy ratio.
- Inventory & Pricing: Coordinate with logistics to ensure stock availability and implement seasonal pricing strategies.
2. Public Relations & Brand Authority
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers to secure organic coverage.
- Press Assets: Draft high-impact press releases, media kits, and brand stories.
- Crisis Management: Monitor brand sentiment and act as the first line of defense for any digital PR issues.
