Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system.
  • Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification.
  • Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally.
  • having thorough knowledge in Electrical-Electromagnetic /Electronic parts , assemblies & its processes.
  • Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application
  • Experience in quality systems of Electrical & Electronics components for automotive application –

    • Electrical -Electromagnetic parts: -Magneto, Starter motor, Wiper motor, Starter relay, Horn, tank units, spark plugs & HT coil, Wiring Harness, Switches

    Electronics: Speedometers (Mech.+ Digital), Sensors

  • Process review & upgradation of the process. Bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE
