They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. A Manager must be a problem solver, have good communication skills, time management skills and be able to execute our mission statement. A Manager is responsible for supporting and working with operations directors and Operator in executing daily operations..
