Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesAs an integral member of the Quality Assurance team at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited, you will lead the validation and quality management of drive trains, motors, and associated processes within the electric vehicle (EV) domain. Your role will ensure adherence to top-tier quality standards and continuous improvement through the implementation of industry best practices and robust quality management systems.Your key responsibilities include:
- Validation and rigorous quality assurance of drive train and motor systems, addressing process optimization to achieve zero defects and maximize reliability.
- Implement and monitor Zero Defect stages and Poka Yoke (mistake-proofing) methods to eliminate errors during manufacturing.
