Job Description
- Oversee the team, managing deliverables and day-to-day activities, including data uploading, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation using FactSet and internal systems
- Deliver performance attribution reports to Investment and Distribution teams, providing value-added analysis for front-office use
- Ensure all reports meet internal and external deadlines
- Contribute to projects, systems testing, and performance driver analysis
- Manage stakeholders and assess the impact of new requests on team workload
- Support the global attribution cross-asset leadership team
- Coach and develop team members
