We are inviting applications for the role of Manager (4C) – HRIS
Responsibilities
• Perform / Administer employee personal / job / organization data changes in HRIS like manager change, position change, job title, shift change, cost code/ center, citizenship, marital status, preferred name, legal name, educational qualification, etc. 
• Perform / Administer joiners / movers / leavers data changes in HRIS like new hire entry, temp to perm conversions & vice versa, internal transfers, terminations, etc. for all category of employees 
• Perform / Administer absence & health data changes in HRIS like maternity, paternity, sick leave, return to work, etc.
• Manage / Perform bulk HR data uploads in HRIS
• Maintain HR data quality and integrity 
• Responsible for generating HR reports and provide analytics to required stakeholders
• Generate required reports (standard / adhoc) from HRIS and other HR systems
• Track, analyze and report trends in key HR metrics
• Manage HR systems, processes and improvements
• Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes
• Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Qualifications we seek in you
• Bachelor’s or equivalent education
• 2-3 years of experience in HR shared services/Operations
• Experience in Oracle or similar HCM
• Demonstrated competence in publishing dashboards, analytics and reports
• Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
Preferred qualifications 
• MBA/External Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
• Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
• Ability to work at all levels of the HR “stack” - Strategic, operational, and tactical
