Job Description

We are looking for a Manager – server platforms, network architecture, security tooling, identity management, and plant IT operations to lead and manage our enterprise IT backbone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage on-prem and cloud servers, ensuring high availability and performance

  • Own backup, disaster recovery, patching, and infrastructure lifecycle management

  • Lead enterprise network operations (LAN/WAN/VPN/Firewalls)

  • Ensure network security, uptime, and performance across offices and plants

  • Own and administer security platforms including Netskope, DLP, and Email Security

  • Implement security controls, monitor threats, and manage incident response

  • Manage Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, and access controls

  • Oversee application access management for platforms like D365, Nexus, Sprinklr, and others

  • Lead IT server and network operations for plant locations

  • Visit plants as required to support critical issues and audits

  • Manage OEMs, MSPs, and security vendors

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to support new initiatives

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 12–15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, and Security

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of servers, networks, and cybersecurity tools

  • Experience with Azure AD, enterprise security platforms, and backup solutions

  • Exposure to manufacturing / plant IT environments is a plus

  • Strong ownership, leadership, and incident management skills
