Manager of Development and Training

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identifies training and development needs by analyzing organizational results, job requirements, operational problems, plans and forecasts, and current training programs.

  • Plan, develop, and provide technical training and staff development programs, using methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

  • Satisfies training and development needs by researching, designing, or purchasing training programs and media, and introducing new trends in training and development.
