RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identifies training and development needs by analyzing organizational results, job requirements, operational problems, plans and forecasts, and current training programs.Plan, develop, and provide technical training and staff development programs, using methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.Satisfies training and development needs by researching, designing, or purchasing training programs and media, and introducing new trends in training and development.
