Manager of Express Service

Saint Charles Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Manager of Express Service.
This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
The position is located in St.
Charles, MO.

Description of the role

The Manager of Express Service will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our express service department.
This includes managing a team of technicians, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing service department profitability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Express Service Technicians on our specific processes


• Hiring and scheduling Express Technicians maintaining coverage on 2 locations


• Maintain high standards of customer service


• Implement strategies to increase department revenue

Requirements

• Prior experience in management


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Microsoft Excel
