Manager of Global Payroll Implementation

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing global or regional payroll implementations in a complex, high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, from onboarding to compliance handover
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and empower high-performing teams — you value autonomy and avoid micromanagement
• Strong project management and organisational skills; capable of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities — able to explain technical or regulatory topics clearly and confidently
• Experience driving process improvement and working with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar) and tools like Excel or Google Sheets
• Analytical and solutions-focused mindset — you enjoy solving operational challenges and making systems better
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a distributed, fast-paced environment
