Manager of Onboarding Operations (EMEA)

Requirements

• Significant people management experience, leading high-volume operational teams OR demonstrated experience and achievement in a current IC4 role at Remote, combined with some team leadership experience
• Strong alignment to our CITIE values - specifically those of Care and Intensity. Demonstrated alignment to competencies within your existing department, and demonstrated ability drive improvement within your team
• Calm under pressure and able to hold difficult conversations
• Demonstrated experience positively collaborating with peers in other Remote departments
• Experience leading, or deeply contributing to, a variety of departmental operational projects that provide positive impact to the business
• Decision-maker. Uses data to drive decision making and escalates where appropriate
