The Position

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Manager of Talent, Learning and Development is responsible for assisting in developing, cultivating and promoting the credit union’s talent, learning and development objectives. This position is actively involved in supporting the development and implementation of comprehensive employee programs that enhance the alignment of people and processes to meet organizational goals.
