Job Description

Role Summary:

• Work as part of organizations Digital Employee Experience (DEX) group, located at Bangalore.

• Excellent communication and organization skills are a mandatory requirement.

• Primary Responsibility – Manage design, coordination and delivery of AV projects at client site.


Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate project budget and high-level project plan

• Create technical design documents – Room Matrix, Bill of Material, Line Diagrams, etc.

• Coordinate with suppliers and partners for solution proposals and priced quotations

• Coordinate with Procurement team for commercial approval and ordering

• Coordinate with GSO / Facilities for civil / interior / MEP modifications

• Coordinate with GSS / Security for material receipt and partner access

• Coordinate with IT Teams for provisioning network, computers, etc.
