Overview

Operational & IT Risk professional responsible for 2nd line (2LOD) testing and assurance of key controls, oversight of Operational and IT risks across business units and global regions, and related risk governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2nd line (2LOD) testing and assurance of key controls that manage Operational and IT risks across business units and global regions.
• Review and challenge 1st line (1LOD) handling of Operational and IT risk events, including the quality of root-cause analyses.
• Provide Operational and IT risk input to other 2LOD risk domains (e.g., Third-Party Risk, Information Management, Fraud).
• Record all 2LOD oversight activities in the Operational Risk Management System (ORMS).
• Produce clear reports and summaries of oversight results for Operational Risk teams, highlighting key trends, issues, or exceptions.
