Manager, Operational Process Excellence - PMP

As the Manager, Operational Process Excellence (PMP), who is a hands‑on operational process leader, you will be responsible for designing, institutionalizing, and governing core business processes. This role begins with Operations‑led S&OP and expands into ERP Business Process Readiness (BPR). This is not a PMO‑only or IT‑only role, approximately 70% of the role is hands‑on execution.
What Will You Do
- Lead end‑to‑end process mapping across operations
- Convert TO‑BE processes into SOPs, RACIs, and job aids
- Develop training materials and coordinate training videos
- Establish governance and process adherence metrics
- Drive accountability without direct authority
- Continuously improve operational processes
