About the Role

The Manager, Operational Risk Management – Group Functions supports the oversight of operational risks across enterprise group functions. This role ensures effective risk identification, control testing, and reporting, while leveraging analytics to strengthen risk governance and assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational risk management activities for group functions

  • Conduct risk and control assessments and assurance activities

  • Perform IT control testing where applicable

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and risk reports

  • Identify control gaps and recommend risk mitigation actions

  • Partner with audit, compliance, and business stakeholders
