Manager, Operations Change & Transition Management

The Manager, Operations Change & Transition Management plays a critical role in enabling enterprise transformation by driving change adoption, operational readiness, and business process enablement across large-scale initiatives. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director, this role supports strategic programs by preparing teams for new capabilities, standardizing end-to-end processes, and embedding sustainable ways of working within complex operational environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience leading change in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain transformations, with exposure to WMS/LMS implementations or warehouse redesign strongly preferred. This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
