Monitoring project supply materials progress for timely delivery of the materialsAttending meetings with Clients/Customers/Consultants to ensure that all contract conditions are met as per timelinecomplete Vendor Management Co-ordinating with the engineering & design centre and also with the customers/clients providing approvals ensuring timely delivery as per project requirementCo-ordination with other related functions viz. procurement, quality, accounts to ensure that necessary inputs are shared with the project team within the agreed timelines Preparation of reports, presentations for Business review meetings, Performance review meetingsVariation analysis on the actual Vs budget and take necessary corrective actions Escalate delays, deviations in terms of time /milestoneEnsuring that project meets all the systems compliances
