+ Support daily Self-service Terminals (SST) network operations
+ To manage and monitor third party suppliers of services mainly relating to Cash Handling and Self-service Terminals (SST) network in AMH with the objectives to:
a. ensure vendor’s compliance to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations and Service Level Agreement
b. maximize value obtained from the contract and ensure risks are managed within appetite
c. increase efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer service
