What is the opportunity?The Manager, Operations Process Owner – DCP (Digital cheque processing) role with focus on Project Management, Operational Excellence, and Payment Processing. This individual will lead and deliver project oversite, status, timelines Issue and Risk for the (PTO) Payments and Trade Operations teams. PTO is accountable for 50+trillion dollars of transactions each year and is a highly dynamic segment.
The role will be part of large-scale transformational projects ensuring project requirements are translated into operational processes. The role is also responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing process documentation, collaborating on UAT testing activities, and partnering with PTO leadership to influence external processes and behaviors.
