Job Summary

The Manager - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for the operations of the Warehouse. He/She manages the operational policies, standards and procedures, and leads the implementation of warehousing solutions, on-site solutions and processes, and delivering service excellence. He/She is also responsible for managing business resources, overall customer service quality and relationships. He/She facilitates the organisation’s adoption and implementation of technology to enhance productivity, efficiency and safety of the business. He/She is expected to lead and maintain the professionalism and discipline of his/her department, and make business decisions independently. He/She is also expected to assess or mitigate security risks and oversee responses to incidents and emergencies.
