Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Order Management Manager to lead the Order Entry and O2C process for US customers. The role involves managing a team, handling purchase orders, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the Order Entry / Customer Service team
Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
Verify and process customer Purchase Orders
Support US customers during US business hours
Maintain orders using Salesforce, Rootstock, Softeon, or similar tools
Create reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Excel
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of total experience with 2+ years in team management
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and order processing
Experience working with US customers
Hands-on experience with Salesforce / Rootstock / Softeon
