Overview

Manager, Organic Growth & Search Strategy is a deeply hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for architecting and executing the turnaround of Vendasta’s organic growth engine. You will own organic performance across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) with a clear mandate to reverse organic traffic decline, improve site health, and drive measurable pipeline impact—specifically increasing high-intent organic demo requests.

You will own, diagnose, and fix foundational SEO and technical barriers while modernizing search architecture for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery. This role involves resolving technical debt, improving crawlability and indexation, and building a durable organic ecosystem.
