We are seeking **two** dynamic and experienced professionals to support these efforts as Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director, Organizational Excellence.**The Role:**CoE is looking for Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director, Organizational Excellence will support and execute the organizational transformation initiatives of CoE and its Engineering Schools, ensuring alignment with both CoE’s strategic goals and the University’s overall direction for the implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM). You will play a crucial role in coordinating transformation activities, optimizing system setups (such as SharePoint), developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and facilitating knowledge-sharing initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the incumbent will ensure the smooth execution of transformation plans and post-implementation operations.**Key Responsibilities:*** Support and execute the CoE’s organizational transformation initiatives by coordinating and implementing change management activities.* Assist in system setup and optimization such as SharePoint, to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing.* Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize workflows.* Support faculty and staff in adapting to new processes and systems through change management strategies and activities.* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and adoption of transformation initiatives.* Contribute as a strong team player, fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.**Requirements:*** Master’s degree or higher in areas of science, engineering, or business.* At least 5 years of experience in organizational change, process improvement, or project coordination.* Strong operational execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Experience in system implementation, business process re-engineering and process documentation.* Experience with computational methods, data analysis or modelling to support organizational planning.* Proficiency in designing and structuring SharePoint environments to enhance collaboration and information sharing.* Demonstrated ability in developing protocols to standardize operations and improve process efficiency.* Experience and knowledge in an institution of higher education will be advantageous.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent project management skill.* Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.* Resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills.* Self-driven and independent worker who takes initiative.A 2-year contract will be offered for this position.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTUNTU is also home to world-class autonomous institutes – the National Institute of Education, S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Earth Observatory of Singapore, and Singapore Centre for Environmental Life Sciences Engineering – and various leading research centres such as the Nanyang Environment & Water Research Institute (NEWRI) and Energy Research Institute @ NTU ( ).Ranked amongst the world’s top universities by QS, NTU has also been named the world’s top young university for the past seven years.
