About this Position

The
Packaging and Automation Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of
packaging operations, equipment automation, and continuous improvement
initiatives within our adhesive manufacturing facility. This role requires a
blend of technical expertise, people management skills, and a strategic mindset
to ensure high-volume, cost-effective, and safe packaging of our diverse
adhesive product portfolio (e.g., epoxies, acrylics, hot melts, sealants) into
containers ranging from cartridges and tubes to drums and totes
