You ensure that technical, scientific and business programs are completed on time and on budget. In addition, you manage the talent in your assigned area and jointly set the direction for your region and the associated business units. As a member of the management team, you interact with all levels of clients and technology organizations.
**How you will contribute**
In this role, you define and lead the packaging development plan in your region and its associated business units. This includes leading innovation, quality improvement, brand maintenance and technical services programs. You will use your area’s strategy and translate it into technical plans, platforms, and programs and deliver on associated business budget targets and plans.
