The Manager - Park security is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of departmental plans and goals, coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, security surveillance systems. This position is responsible for Six Flags Theme Park. This position is responsible for providing support and management oversight to all team members and senior management within the team. Executes plans that support guest safety improvement, employee development, and work environment enhancements. The role will initially be to support management level to develop and deliver the department specific standard operating procedures, and training. Once the park is in the operational phase, the Manager role will take on day to day responsibility to support department operations.
