Job Description:

• Localization of Plastic Raw Materials: Handle localization of plastic raw materials for the manufacturing process
• Process Enhancement & Cost Reduction: Focus on process enhancement and implementing cost reduction strategies
• New Model Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new models, from planning to mass production
• Plastic Child Parts Confirmation: Confirm the plastic child parts for production
• TPM Implementation & Lean Manufacturing: Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), lean manufacturing, and Kaizen techniques to improve productivity and efficiency
• Manufacturing Operations: Head and monitor injection molding operations, focusing on productivity, utilization, rejection control, and the revenue budget
• Mold Trials & Costing: Conduct new mold trials, finalize cycle times, and ensure accurate costing for new models
