Overview

About the role: We are looking for an experienced and inspirational leader to join ServiceNow and manage the Partner Solution Consulting (PSC) team for EMEA SOUTH. You will lead a diverse team of Partner Solution Consultants across multiple countries driving strategic engagements with our partner ecosystem and supporting demand generation and pipeline growth.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach and inspire a multicultural pre-sales team from early career to senior consultants.
• Drive the evolution of our partner ecosystem to be AI-native.
• Lead partner Ready-to-Sell enablement and capacity-building initiatives aligned with EMEA South GPC strategies while adapting to regional needs to maximize growth and customer success.
• Support partners go-to-market execution and joint pipeline generation across EMEA South.
