* Parts Engineers are responsible to coordinate with CoE team to identify the Serviceable/ Non-Serviceable Parts, define IDK/IWK Parts, Develop & timely release of Parts Catalogue on 1st Vehicle Dispatch to dealers which is mandatory for dealers to Order Spare Parts for vehicle Repair.* Responsible for Parts Authoring & Catloging Process to timely delivery of electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) for new launches, regular parts change updation in existing EPCs on real time basis, real time updations of Vins in EPC.* Responsible in addressing part related technical queries received from OSHD Helpdesk (One stop help desk) & SBU Part infoline.* Coordinate with PE-Pricing team for spare part pricing activities & support.
