What You’ll Do
:
Drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Optimizes processes and drives end to end efficiency by collaborating with payment transformation teams across business, operations, finance, compliance, AML, and technology.Seeks a deep understanding of the end-to-end payment process, working across stakeholder teams in multiple segments of the banking enterprise to ensure successful implementation of target state processes.Participate in multi-disciplinary programs that could involve support on planning, defining business requirements and processes, testing, and implementation strategies, monitoring progress against planned objectives and co-operation from users and senior management.Manage target state Standard Operating Process creation and post-implementation updates in respective area, consulting wit...
