What You’ll Do

:
  • Drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

  • Optimizes processes and drives end to end efficiency by collaborating with payment transformation teams across business, operations, finance, compliance, AML, and technology.

  • Seeks a deep understanding of the end-to-end payment process, working across stakeholder teams in multiple segments of the banking enterprise to ensure successful implementation of target state processes.

  • Participate in multi-disciplinary programs that could involve support on planning, defining business requirements and processes, testing, and implementation strategies, monitoring progress against planned objectives and co-operation from users and senior management.
