Role : Manager - Payroll & Operations

Exp :12 to 15Yrs

Location : Chennai

Must-Have Technical Capabilities :

  1. End-to-End Payroll Management
  2. Hands-on experience managing complete in-house payroll processing, including validations, statutory deductions, bonuses, increments, and full & final settlements.
  3. Statutory & Compliance Expertise (Local)
  4. Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances
  5. HR Systems & Payroll Platforms
  6. Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), ensuring data accuracy and system governance.
  7. Compliance Tracking & Documentation
  8. Proven experience in maintaining compliance trackers, statutory registers, employee records, and audit-ready documentation and acting as a controller to HR function.
  9. HR Budgeting & Cost Control
