This role and team are central to enabling a seamless employee and leader experience across the people cycle.

  • Oversee end-to-end support for recruitment, onboarding, learning, remuneration, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead the team responsible for the Dayforce HCM, including workforce management (WFM) support to operational teams, and coordinate with Centres of Excellence and Payroll to ensure system integration and data accuracy.
