What You Will Do

In this role you will lead the People Partnering function across the Asia Pacific region and work closely with senior leaders to strengthen capability, culture and decision making.

You Will

  • Lead a regional People Partnering team and set clear standards for delivery and responsiveness.
  • Drive workforce planning, org design and future capability mapping that aligns people needs with operational priorities.
  • Manage complex ER and IR issues including investigations, union interactions, EA interpretation and negotiation support.
  • Coach leaders through performance, conduct, capability and cultural matters with clarity and confidence.
  • Guide the application of our Just Framework and Respect at Work principles so they show up in decisions and behaviours.
