The Role


As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and drive Alike’s paid acquisition engine across key digital channels. This is not a “campaign management” role it’s a growth and efficiency role. You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably, improving CAC and ROAS, and continuously unlocking incremental performance through experimentation, automation, and data-led decision making. We’re looking for someone who understands platforms deeply, embraces AI and automation early, and takes pride in building performance systems that scale.

Performance Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end execution across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Discovery) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
