Job Description

Job Duties

  • Responsible for project planning, programming with narrative, construction method statement, site layout plan and construction sequence support with drawing/sketch, etc. for entire construction project delivery period

  • Support project team deliver the project per contract, ensuring alignment across operation, technical, and other teams

  • Prepare and maintain master programme by critical path method using scheduling software Oracle Primavera P6. Maintain the programme including progress input, updates per need to serve forecast and critical path analysis/review

  • Coordinate with other departments within the company for necessary input on planning and programming, such as temporary works design, buildability advice, plant and logistic arrangement, QUENSH input, etc.

  • Monitor project progress

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status
