Manager - Plant Costing and Finance

Purpose of Position:
a. To be expertise over costing and costing process and providing product costing/process costing. 
b. To Lead in implementation of standard costing and lay out required process for follow up on implementations 
c. To Handle inventory management including inventory valuation, Excess and Obsolete inventory and other inventory control measures. 
d. To Partner with Factory Leadership team to achieve Factory KPI relating to Labor productivity, Cost of Poor Quality, OTD, PPM 
e. To Assist Finance Controller in Statutory audit, tax audit, SOX compliances. 

Key Responsibilities: 
a. Responsible for driving Plant P&L at gross profit level driving the various parameters of Material cost, Labor , direct OH and fixed OH impacting the same.
