Design and implement effective learning and development strategies to support business objectives.Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored training programs for employees.Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted solutions.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.Manage the training budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR and training within the automotive industry.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in training and development activities.Provide leadership and guidance to the plant HR team to ensure smooth operations.The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager - Plant L&D (HR) should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Demonstrated expertise in learning and development within the manufacturing or automotive industry.Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws.Proven ability to design and execute effective training programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
