**Primary Function**
- Factory management position: Responsible for the formulation of relevant work for the production of plastic granules in Mexican institutional factories, and ensure the product complete the test and put into production smoothly in Mexico factory
- Manage the plastic granule production team efficiently, improve the image of the factory and improve the talent training of on-site force
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for daily production and delivery of plastic particles
- Be responsible for equipment and personnel safety management in plastic granule production
- Be responsible for the development and introduction of new plastic granule production process and equipment
- Be responsible for process analysis of new product and cost assessment and accounting of plastic granule production
