Manager, Platform Product

Overview

Permanent Full Time. We are hiring a Manager – Platform Product to lead the Continuous Improvement team overseeing Intelligent Intake & Workflow (IIW) and Automation. This team will provide ongoing support and continuously improve multiple IIW, internal automation and experience applications across Canada Life. You will gather, prioritize and deliver customer-centric, data-informed, and enterprise scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for Canada Life.

What You Will Do

• Drive delivery of the product roadmap for existing IIW and new automation solutions, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, features and epics, define BRD/PRD’s, write user stories, functional specs and collaborate with technology for non-functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
