Emerson is looking for an innovative leader to guide and develop a team of project engineers responsible for delivering controls and software solutions for Power Retrofit initiatives across North America. As the Manager, Power Retrofit Projects, you will guide strategy, execution, and innovation within our Thermal Power Solutions department, helping shape the future of emerging power position will be based in our Cranberry Township, PA location.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship for employees supporting Power Retrofit Projects
