Brief about the Role / Team / Candidate Requirement
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operational planning with a strong focus on maintaining On‑Time Performance (OTP) across the Indi Go network. The position requires close coordination with multiple internal stakeholders—including Commercial, Engineering, AOCS, Network Planning, and Sales—to ensure schedule integrity, timely routing changes, charter planning, cargo freighter operations, and wet lease management.
The ideal candidate should be detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast‑paced, dynamic operational environment.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/ Postgraduate in Aviation Management, Operations, or related field
Prior experience in airline operations, schedule planning, network operations, or related operational control functions preferred
Hands‑on experience with systems such as AIMS & JOC (preferred) Skill Set
