Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
- Review, standardize and document operational processes and SOPs.
- Identify process gaps, risks and opportunities for process improvement, automation or system enhancements.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement process and system improvements.
- Ensure processes comply with internal policies, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in process management, operations or related functions.
- At least 2–3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
