Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
  • Review, standardize and document operational processes and SOPs.
  • Identify process gaps, risks and opportunities for process improvement, automation or system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement process and system improvements.
  • Ensure processes comply with internal policies, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years experience in process management, operations or related functions.
  • At least 2–3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
