WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Payments Processing & Operations center Process owner supports the day-to-day execution of payments activities related to wire processing fulfillment and investigations. The objective of the Process Owner is to reimagine and redesign the work managed within PPOC by standardizing, simplifying and automating the processes within the broader team. Success is delivering transformational changes that achieve measurable improvements in both process efficiency, client and employee satisfaction. The manager Process Owner PPOC is responsible for the design, maintenance, reduction of risk and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of payments process flows.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
