Job Responsibilities
- Handle and manage production shifts to ensure smooth and efficient dyeing operations
- Perform accurate shade matching in line with buyer specifications and quality standards
- Execute lab-to-bulk dyeing processes with high consistency and minimal shade variation
- Lead and support new shade developments and product innovation initiatives
- Operate and closely monitor exhaust dyeing processes to ensure optimal results
- Manage continuous dyeing machines to maintain uniform shade, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to meet delivery timelines and customer commitments
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards across operations
